Meet The Team

Rebecca previously owned a business for 13 years working in the hairdressing industry and then moved onto the Mental Health sector for a couple of years before finding her passion in Property Management. She has now been in Property Management for 7 years becoming a co-owner and director in Rentables during that time. Rebecca has gained her qualification in Property Management and has respect and a good reputation in the industry.

What she brings to the team is excellent people skills and the ability to communicate with all walks of life.

Mike recently retired from a long career working for Inland Revenue across a number of its key areas but ultimately specialising in people management and debt collections. He is currently Rentables Financial Administrator managing accounts and working in the background where required. Mike brings experience of business along with a good head for structure and processes to Rentables business.

Lynda started in Property Management 20 years ago, working for various Real Estate Companies before opening her own independent Company, Rentables Ltd, 13 years ago. She has a natural feel for the industry along with a calm demeanour. Rentables has thrived under her leadership becoming one of the largest independent companies in the region.

Angela has been part of the community in Otaki for 21 years supporting her family growing up and being involved with the school communities and sports teams.

She has worked in property management for the last 9 years, having previously held administrative and legal secretary roles.  Bringing personal experience with her own rental properties, she is an added asset to our team.

Fleur has a long history of working in the newspaper industry. She then moved into the Real Estate field for a number of years. She joined Rentables in 2016 and has progressed into a very successful Property Manager with the Company. She brings a confident approachable style to the team and is highly sought after by clients. Fleur has a large portfolio of well managed properties.

Jeremy has previously had a successful and fulfilling career in the education sector. He then had a change of direction moving into Property Management. He has been with Rentables for 7 years and is a local in Levin. Jeremy brings to the company his expertise in Tenancy Law and is fully qualified in Property Management.

Paula comes to Rentables with experience from many years in Office and support roles. These  include reception and administration, most recently spending 3 years with a  Property Management company in Australia, looking after a resort style complex portfolio. She has also worked in the medical field and brings a trusting and caring personality to the business.
